快速紅豆冰


一向喜愛紅豆冰,小時媽媽都會煲紅豆沙,雪凍後加上花奶,便當紅豆冰了。大一點後也愛到茶餐廳,甚至「大家樂」買來飲。近來小機會吃了,直到用了這個快速製法,又可以「享受」一杯美味
的紅豆冰。做法真的十分簡單,

一罐日本紅豆糊(兩,三大湯匙),
一罐淡奶(兩大湯匙),
半杯冰,
加冰水,混起來即成。

喜愛的話,加上一scoop Haagen Dazs 的雲利拿雪糕,便變成雪糕紅豆冰。

口水都要流出来了!老公很喜欢红豆沙,一定也会喜欢红豆冰的,明天就去买材料回来试试,谢了!
